Master Sculptor Vincent J. DeFilippo was born and raised in Long Island, NY. His sculpting talents cross several generations with a father who is a well known sculptor of bronze monuments and fine arts. |

| This latest piece of art "Christ" was carved from a piece of wood. This piece was an incredible experience for Vincent. When Vincent received a piece of wood that was cut down from his son-in-law's property, the image of Christ was reflected in the wood itself. Vincent explains, "The image was all there, all I had to do was follow the image's reflection when I carved this piece." Before this piece was carved, other's have also testified seeing the image of Christ in the wood before Vincent ever laid a chisel to it. | ||
